Our home bakery is located in West Palm Beach, Florida near the 45th Street exit off i95. We offer complimentary pickup or delivery within Palm Beach County for an additional fee based on availability.

We do our best to accommodate dietary needs when we can. However, our kitchen handles common allergens and uses shared equipment, so we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from allergens or cross-contact. Let us know about any dietary restrictions when you inquire, and we’ll be happy to discuss available options. At this time we do not offer any gluten free products.

We recommend placing your order at least two weeks in advance to give us plenty of time to bring your vision to life. We accept orders up to three months in advance, and popular dates can fill quickly.

Need something sooner? We may be able to accommodate last-minute orders, especially for gender reveals, depending on our schedule and the details of your order. While we’ll always do our best, expedited orders are not guaranteed and are only confirmed once we’ve reviewed your request.

Yes! We encourage you to submit 1-3 inspiration photos with your order inquiry to help us get a strong idea of your expectations and creative vision. While we work very closely to the images, please note that no Jorie Cakes design will be 100% like any other image, as we use our own discernment and creativity to fully customize your order.

We will create and send a custom invoice to your email after all details are in place. Invoice payment is considered an agreement to the contents of the invoice. Note that no orders will be started before full payment is received.
